Elixir builds websites for small businesses and then keeps them running — hosting, maintenance, and the search and AI-visibility work that decides whether anyone finds you. We are a US company with a distributed team, which is how the work continues outside your working hours and how the pricing stays where it is.
Why we exist
Small businesses end up with four vendors: someone who built the site and moved on, a host they cannot reach, someone who does occasional maintenance, and an agency that emails a report nobody can act on. Nobody owns the outcome, and the numbers never quite add up.
We think that should be one service with one price. So we built the measurement platform first — the thing that tracks rankings, checks whether AI assistants mention you, and watches what your competitors change — and then wrapped the building and hosting around it.
It is not a novel idea. It is just uncommon at this price, because most agencies at this price do the work by hand and cannot afford to.
“Who’s actually available when I need something?”
Fair question, and the honest answer is a schedule rather than a reassurance.
United Kingdom
Four hours of live overlap every working day, 09:00–13:00 UK time. Messages sent after that are answered by the time you start the next morning.
United States
A committed window from 08:00–11:00 Eastern, staffed deliberately rather than incidentally. Outside it, everything is answered before your next working day begins.
Anything urgent
One named person, their direct email, and a reply inside one business day — not a ticket queue and not an account manager relaying messages.
Who owns what
All of it is yours, from the first day — not on completion, not on final payment.

- The website code — in a repository you can access today
- All content, copy and images we produce for you
- Your analytics, Search Console and Bing accounts
- Every credential — we hold no keys you cannot revoke
- The SEO plan itself, committed to your own repository
If you leave, we hand over a full export and help you migrate it to whoever comes next. There is no exit fee, and nothing is held back to make leaving difficult. We would rather keep you because the work is good.

Prices in public
Every price is on the pricing page. You should not have to sit through a call to find out whether you can afford us.
You talk to whoever is doing the work
No account manager in between. If you email about your site, the person who built it replies.
You own everything
Domain, repository, analytics, content. If you leave, it all leaves with you, and we will help you move it.
We show the numbers, including the bad ones
Rankings, citations and competitor movement, monthly. If something is not working we say so rather than reformatting the same chart.
